The H-JAIA OCIP registration Form 2 now has new required fields that must be completed in order for the system to accept your registration. Going forward the Workers Comp, General Liability, Umbrella Insurer, and Auto Insurer sections of the registration will ask for a policy number which is located in the middle of the page on the contractor's Acord certificate of insurance. If a policy number is not provided it is recommended that you contact your insurance agent to be sure that the correct number is provided.

Users will also be required to update all expired or expiring insurance policy period dates for all active registrations. (1) Select the enrollment from one of the expired insurance lists, (2) click View Enrollment, (3) click Edit/Request Changes, (4) update the insurance information, and (5) click Send.
